Kim is an experienced Chartered Mediator (C. Med) dedicated to assisting people with working through their conflict in a timely and cost-effective manner. Kim is also certified through Workplace Fairness International to perform workplace assessments and workplace restorations.
Rarely is a conflict simple. It can expand and increase in complexity over time. This often gives rise to additional issues in which the parties in conflict may, or may not be consciously aware of. The effect can result in parties becoming more entrenched within their conflict, causing them to adhere more strongly to their positions.
Kim works with the parties to assist them with uncovering the issues and overcoming the barriers to the conflict. By bridging the gaps within the conflict, overcoming impasse, and enabling a shift in perspectives, this leads to positive achievements for the parties and the ability to reach a sustainable resolution of their conflict.

Mediation Services are Offered either in Person, Online, or by Telephone
Mediations can be scheduled either:
- half day (3 hours)
10:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
or
- full day (6.5 hours)
10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Online and telephone mediations are available for clients preferring an alternative to mediating their dispute in person.
Online mediations are provided using the online Zoom platform. To ensure parties are comfortable using the Zoom platform prior to their scheduled mediation date, parties may request assistance with using and navigating Zoom in advance of the scheduled mediation. Kim Parish Mediations will then provide assistance in advance of the scheduled mediation.
